It's about time...

Here it is...the end of June. July 7th isn't far away.

I decided to post some reminders here. People to People has a place on your OnBoard site where I can write a blog - but there's a problem - it doesn't work. I've tried and tried, and finally decided to do one here. If you click on 'view my profile', it will take you to a page where you can look at blogs I did the past two years with People to People. That's my plan for now.

Here are some reminders:

On July 7th...meet at Virgin Atlantic check-in by 1:30 p.m. Virgin Atlantic is located in the International Terminal of SFO.

Be wearing your People to People polo shirt, khaki pants (no jeans), comfortable shoes, your lanyard and name tag.

In your carry-on baggage, be sure and have anything valuable, a change of clothes - just in case - items for the plane ride - such as books, games, iPod, etc.

On your checked baggage, be sure to tie the polka dotted ribbon you were given at the last meeting on the handle.

We'll pass out the pins (the ones some of you ordered) - so parents, you may want to take those with you so your child isn't carrying them all over Europe. I'm thinking mainly of those who ordered 10 - 25 pins.

More information will be coming... you might want to bookmark this site so your parents can quickly pull it up while you're overseas.
